With about one hundred sessions of experience with Cara, I have come out at the end of 80% of them shaking my head in wonder at the depth and new awareness the work has brought. The other 20%, I have felt deep ground tilled and seeds planted. That would be a big deal no matter my history, but considering I started doing therapy and personal growth work 40 years ago and have worked with many different kinds over the years, no other approach or practitioner has left me with such a sense of seeing, of experiencing myself anew.
